It's the first day of the September holidays! Woohoo :) Okay, actually there's nothing to be so happy about because there is an underlying meaning to this holiday. It's supposedly and so carefully being placed aside for us to study for Promos. Teachers are evil, they will never allow a holiday to be wasted you see. It's all planned carefully, measured accurately in their minds. Lol yes this is a lame post. My teacher gave us this topic to discuss about during my GP lesson and I think it makes you really think hard. This is a hypothetical scenario, an assumption, so let your imagination run wild because such things probably will not happen. It's quite incredible if it does. There were two boys, both were very good friends and were always hanging out together. Let's call one James and another Mark. So one day, James and Mark were crossing the road and then suddenly there's a truck that came dashing towards them. Mark being nearer to the truck got ran over by it, miraculously the truck stopped in time with Mark's body being crushed underneath, his head however did not sustain any injuries at all - so his brain is working perfectly well. James saw this whole accident happening right before his eyes and was unable to take it. He slipped into a coma and the doctor declared him to be brain dead and would never wake up again, unless he undergoes a brain transplant (let presume that brain transplant exists). Since Mark was unable to survive any longer as his body was being crushed therefore the best way is to transplant his brain into James' body as that is the most feasible plan. After James went for the transplant, both Mark and James' family did not want to acknowledge him and pay for his hospital bills because both families thought that the one lying on the hospital bed was not their son. So the question is whether this person that is lying there is James or Mark, considering the fact that the brain transplant will affect the memories and the way of thinking of the person. Think think! Is it just me to think that the weather is so bad it affects my thinking :\ |
