BUZZER BEAT I'm suffering withdrawal syndrome from the super nice J Drama, Buzzer Beat! Urgh... I've been waiting until I thought I'm going to dry up and be a 100% dried up mummy in front of my lappy. Although I know that it's only going to have a new update on Wednesday, although I know that I promised myself that I'm only going to let myself think about Buzzer Beat on Tuesday night and Wednesday afternoon, I still cannot control myself but go to PSXX and check whether there is any new episode when there is clearly NONE! I hate myself for not being able to control my mind. Why like that? >:( On a side note, I'm in love with the song "As Time Goes By" by Tasha. It's really good although it sounds rather familiar. The usual melody that everyone loves. Even though the melody, chord, background beat are so overused and so overplayed, everyone still goes for the song you know. Maybe not everyone but me. Haha. As time goes by.. 2 years later.. I'll look back and think of my secondary school years.. I'll look back and think of my JC years. I'll think of the 7-11 near AHS, the 17 bus stop, the similar-to-roller-coaster-ride road bump. I'll think of all the harmful bubble tea I've consumed. I'll think of Tampines Mall and Century Square. I'll think of Macs and recall how I learn to hate it from eating too much during my secondary school years. I'll think of wet socks and shoes with wet ponchos. I'll think of Pringles and 1.5l Green Tea. I'll think of the lashes and how smelly they are. I'll think of going home together with Meiyan and Eloise, being reluctant to alight the bus because there are never-ending topics. I'll think of the freak who loves colours and taking random pictures, Eunice who sits behind me with her super unique laughter and her wonderful big eyes (I also want her eyes). I'll think of Chengnee who loves Jay and recall the incident at the hospital (truly embarrassing, Meiyan). I'll think of 4D 2007, my favourite class in my 18 years of life. Seriously, I've never been in a class where there was so much joy every single day. Most importantly, in 4D, I truly felt that I belonged there, like I was part of the class but not just another student sitting in the classroom. I'll think of the grotto (very very long since I last typed this word), and the amplifier inside. I'll think of all the gossipy sessions we have, while having dinner at 85. I'll think of Piggy Y and Doggie L. I'll think of the rockwall. I'll think of Climbasia. I'll think of all the chalk and the smelly rocks, infested with insects nowadays. I'll think of the super dirty mat. I'll think of the conversations that we held at the rockwall, blaming the same ol' person for the outcome of our wall being like that. I'll think of DGN a.k.a Ponyo and all the stupid songs we tried to sing (turn out awful, our vocals cannot make it). I'll think of how loud Martin is. I'll think of how bimbotic Annabelle is. I'll think of my lover, Victoria and the cheesy conversations we have, which I secretly enjoy a great deal (not that secretive also ._.). I'll think of everyone. I'll think of Nirmala who seriously hated me deep from her heart and I feel likewise towards her, or maybe even more intense. I'll think of the backstabber teacher who appeared so kind and friendly but actually commented so much about me behind my back! I'll think of so many things & I think I better note them down. To those who read my blog, if you realize, I'm extremely fond of reminiscing. Because I don't want my recent years to end up like how I passed my Primary school years just like that. Whenever I think of what happened when I was in RSS, it's just blank. There's nothing to fill in those years, no joy, no memory, no nothing. Nah, so I'd rather write down everything here. Blogs are great when you come back to read your own archives. Really good. When you blog in detail what has happened in this specific day, and you return to read the same post a few months or years later, it will still set me off laughing like mad. The memory is so fresh y'know. Lol. This is the result of letting me listen As Time Goes By. Some songs are so soothing, they trigger your brain cells, memory cells? Don't know Bio but yeah it just sets you off thinking about the past. |
